At Hemmingway Art they have a whole exhibition of Peter
Blake original prints. The prints are
from his six decade career and cover all his favourite subjects.
He is best remembered for painting covers for the stars such
as the Beatles and The Who. The work is
nice and a bit different. I like the one
of elephants with one hoisted in the air, amazing.
It is also said that there is a little bit of innocence in
his paintings that shines out just a bit and this gives his work the uniqueness
that is attributed Peter Blake and no other.
The exhibition is on for a few weeks if you can make it,
